Ceremony, Cocktails, Dinner, DJ
Price: *$675.00
Package price: *$675.00 for the first Four Hours, $100.00 each additional hour.
* Note: Possible additional travel time costs dependent on location of venue.
What’s Included:
- Harp, lapel mic, two sound systems, cordless mic, Announcements / Master of Ceremonies / One bank of lights when needed.
Intimate Ceremony, Cocktails, Dinner, DJ
Price:*$575.00
Package price: *$575.00 for the first Four Hours, $100.00 each additional hour.
* Note: Intimate gatherings are up to 25 guests.
* Possible additional travel time costs dependent on location of venue.
What’s Included:
- Harp, lapel mic, two sound systems, cordless mic, Announcements / Master of Ceremonies
- Additional hours/ overtime is $100.00 per hour
Additional information / Options
I Begin Playing my Harp 1/2 hour before your processional, as guests are arriving, mingling, being seated, that is the beginning of your musical timeline. Solo Harp as guests arrive, Harp played along with tracks of flute and strings forProcessional/ Recessional .
Classical / Jazz Guitar
For an additional $250.00 add Classical / Jazz guitarist to any of the above packages.
Prices / Costs
Adding additional hours/ overtime: $100.00 per hour.
Intimate gatherings are up to 25 guests/smaller sound system.
Possible additional travel time cost dependent on Venue location.
Contract terms: To hold your date there is a $100 deposit due with signed Contract, and the remaining balance on the Contract is due on or before your Celebration.
Form of payment: Cash, Check.
Note: BALANCE PAYMENT: Paying day of event: Cash. * Balance with Check payment option: No Later than One Month Before event.
As far as Information/ Music… I have a very detailed planning guide that I ask to be filled out and sent back no later than 30 days before your Celebration.
